    ePro | Member Services Coordinator
    Yohanna is responsible for coordinating the delivery of essential member services, maintaining membership data, registrations and transactions, our My Florida REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service Center,coordinating member data between NAR, Florida REALTORS® and the Department of Professional Regulation. She ensures that all membership contracts, Supra leases, and REALTOR® store retail services are in place for our members. A Florida resident for over ten years, Johanna, her husband, Hector (an accomplished musician and recording artist) and son, Joel, reside in Kissimmee.

    Member Services is at the heart of Elvira’s activities whether she is signing up a new member, solving lockbox issues or validating records. Our valued members and our REALTOR Advocate team are the recipients of her extensive “Ritz-Carlton” customer service training. of our valued team member. She is bilingual and excels at putting our members first! Elvira lives in Kissimmee with her beautiful daughter, Rosabella.

    Crystal’s natural kindness and infectious smile inspires her team and engages our valued members. She truly enjoys finding solutions for our members’ concerns about membership renewal, MLS access, or how to obtain an access code. This Southeastern University student lives in Kissimmee and when not at work or in class, enjoys her family and is actively engaged in ministry.

    Our newest addition to our membership service team is rapidly learning the names, faces and needs of our members. He is engaged in our community here at home and through missions abroad. Jonathan is a Valencia College student majoring in physical therapy and enjoys utilizing his musical talents in ministry as well.
  • Carol K. Platt
    CEO, CRB, RCE, AHWD, ePRO
    As Association Executive, Carol serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors to provide direction; coordination and oversight to ensure that members’ services are optimized and operational methods are structured according to Bylaws, policies, Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and Anti-Trust regulations. Working with leadership, Carol develops programs that advance and articulate public policy and professional education within the diverse framework of the industry, while providing insight into fiscal forecasting, transparency, and integrity toward meeting the strategic plan, as established by the BOD. Carol represents the association within the Florida REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service memberships in operational venues, as well as, community and business alliance partnerships. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources and a Master of Science in Higher Education with a focus in College Administration and Leadership. Her 30 years’ investment in the real estate profession, along with her work in public policy, education and civic engagement broadens her service to our members and their diverse interests. Carol is originally from North Carolina and her husband, Shane, has over 130 years’ pioneer family history here in Osceola County. They are the parents of two young adults, Josh and Jenna.

    Controller/Professional Standards Administrator, e-PRO
    A twelve year OSCAR veteran, Bob monitors and safeguards OSCAR’s assets, providing all accounting services to deliver monthly and year-end financial statements and budgets for administrative and leadership review. His efforts to ensure that financial data between My Florida Regional MLS, NAR and Florida REALTORS®, through multiple database transactions, pays dividends to our membership’s ability to utilize services 24/7! Bob also prepares statistical reports toward analysis, application and information on residential and commercial industry data to benefit association planning and industry success for membership. As Professional Standards Coordinator, he is the administrative channel for appropriate parties to carry out their respective roles and function as they relate to a Professional Standards issue, including liaison with Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Bob holds a BA in Accounting and resides in St. Cloud with his beloved dog, Max.
  • Nannette Cherry
    Communications Coordinator, AHWD, e-PRO
    Nannette advances communications for our association, compiling the quarterly reView magazine and Osceola Gazette HomeFinder publication, writing and distributing press releases and audio/video productions, plus drafting flyers, signage and other promotional material. She is also responsible for a range of electronic communications ranging from the weekly eView, edView, and eblasts to our social media interactions on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pintrest. We are the professional beneficiaries of her background in fine art and digital media as she holds an Master’s of Fine Art from the University of Central Florida. A lifelong Central Florida resident, she calls Orlando home and often surprises her team and visiting members with her excellent culinary skills!
  • Clarence Zarnes
    Clarence Zarnes is a composite of diverse experience and he loves to see our members grow in their knowledge and skills and expand their entrepreneurial success. He is a veteran, Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, with a Master of Arts in Teaching and a specialty in Teaching and Learning in Technology and as an online educator. His B.A. is in Alternative and Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems. Since leaving the armed forces, he has been predominantly engaged in business educational delivery with the Home Builders Institute, CareerSource (Disabled Veteran Outreach), WyoTech & Career Training Concepts. He is team oriented and loves working toward a common goal to advance an organization, especially by retaining, recruiting and delivering training programs that are valuable to our members. We are fortunate that Clarence and his family have chosen to relocate to our community – and we hear he enjoys playing guitar as well!

    Chris serves our members both personally and virtually through OSCAR’s web site editing, updating and designing, including development of our mobile site! He produces audio-visual components plus video content and editing to enhance association presentations and events. Chris enjoys sharing OSCAR’s benefits, programs and services to members and prospects both in the “cloud” and in person. A musician at heart and in life, with a BA in Business Administration, he resides in Winter Haven, with his wife and three young children.
