As Association Executive, Carol serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors to provide direction; coordination and oversight to ensure that members’ services are optimized and operational methods are structured according to Bylaws, policies, Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and Anti-Trust regulations. Working with leadership, Carol develops programs that advance and articulate public policy and professional education within the diverse framework of the industry, while providing insight into fiscal forecasting, transparency, and integrity toward meeting the strategic plan, as established by the BOD. Carol represents the association within the Florida REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service memberships in operational venues, as well as, community and business alliance partnerships. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources and a Master of Science in Higher Education with a focus in College Administration and Leadership. Her 30 years’ investment in the real estate profession, along with her work in public policy, education and civic engagement broadens her service to our members and their diverse interests. Carol is originally from North Carolina and her husband, Shane, has over 130 years’ pioneer family history here in Osceola County. They are the parents of two young adults, Josh and Jenna.
