Eli Perez, ePro – Member Services Coordinator
Eli is responsible for coordinating the delivery of essential member services, maintaining membership data, registrations and transactions, our My Florida REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service Center,coordinating member data between NAR, Florida REALTORS® and the Department of Professional Regulation. She ensures that all membership contracts, Supra leases, and REALTOR® store retail services are in place for our members. Eli enjoys helping members achieve their business goals through accessing the benefits that OSCAR offers. She studied Journalism at the University of Venezuela and is fully bilingual in both spoken and written Spanish. Originally from Venezuela, Eli resides in Orlando with her husband.
Ally Vallecillo, ePro – Member Services
Ally is adept at helping members with Supra keys, validating and updating records and REALTOR® requirements, registering members for classes and events, completing membership forms and finding answers for members! She knows every item in our REALTOR® store to help members attract prospects and move properties. When Ally is not at OSCAR, she is brightening everyone’s day as a stellar Gateway High School Senior. She lives in Kissimmee with her family and plans to major in psychology in the fall.
Christina Barnhardt, ePro-Member Services
Quality member service is a top priority for Christina as she registers members for classes, events, multiple listing services, issues lockboxes and Supra Key leases and helps new members and affiliates to access their benefits. She enjoys interacting with members and her easy-going style compliments our membership services team. Christina is a lifelong Florida resident with over twenty years’ experience as a financial center manager and quality assessment specialist in the banking industry. Her background in fiscal accountability and her love for community aligns with our mission and values as well! She resides in Kissimmee, with her husband, Brett, and two children Quintin and Kelsey.
Chris Florence, CCIM, ePro – Webmaster
Chris serves our members both personally and virtually through OSCAR’s web site editing, updating and designing, including development of our mobile site! He produces audio-visual components plus video content and editing to enhance association presentations and events. Chris enjoys sharing OSCAR’s benefits, programs and services to members and prospects both in the “cloud” and in person. A musician at heart and in life, with a BA in Business Administration, he resides in Winter Haven, with his wife and two young sons.
Carol K. Platt, CRB, ePro – Association Executive/Gov. Affairs Director
As Association Executive, Carol serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors to provide direction; coordination and oversight to ensure that members’ services are optimized and operational methods are structured according to Bylaws, policies, Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and Anti-Trust regulations. Working with leadership, Carol develops programs that advance and articulate public policy and professional education within the diverse framework of the industry, while providing insight into fiscal forecasting, transparency, and integrity toward meeting the strategic plan, as established by the BoD. Carol represents the association within the Florida REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service memberships in operational venues, as well as, community and business alliance partnerships. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. Her 30 years’ investment in the real estate profession, along with her work in public policy, education and civic engagement broadens her service to our members and their diverse interests. Carol is originally from North Carolina and her husband, Shane, has over 130 years’ pioneer family history here in Osceola County. They are the parents of two college students, Josh and Jenna.
Kim Wagar, ePro/Executive Assistant
Kim joined our association in 2011 to assist the Association Executive in administering the operations of the association, coordinating and administering events and committees and monitoring association technology hardware and software toward advancing the accomplishment of the association’s vision, mission and strategic plan. She holds a BA in Information Systems and is currently working on her Master’s in Information Technology-Project Management. Her background is in small business development and customer service. Kim resides in historic downtown Kissimmee and has a heart for the entrepreneurial spirit of REALTORS® and Affiliates and enjoys participating in their success through association activities.
Robert St. Gordon, ePro – Controller/Professional Standards Coordinator
A twelve year OSCAR veteran, Bob monitors and safeguards OSCAR’s assets, providing all accounting services to deliver monthly and year-end financial statements and budgets for administrative and leadership review. His efforts to ensure that financial data between My Florida Regional MLS, NAR and Florida REALTORS®, through multiple database transactions, pays dividends to our membership’s ability to utilize services 24/7! Bob also prepares statistical reports toward analysis, application and information on residential and commercial industry data to benefit association planning and industrysuccess for membership. As Professional Standards Coordinator, he is the administrative channel for appropriate parties to carry out their respective roles and function as they relate to a Professional Standards issue, including liaison with Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Bob holds a BA in Accounting and resides in St. Cloud with his beloved dog, Max.

I had a chance to take a look at the MLS native iPhone app. There are some soon coming updates that I didn’t mention in this app including brand ability. Meaning, you can upload your company logo to the app somehow. This is a great tool and member benefit. Much more »
